Jump off your board and land with one foot on each side of your board. As you land jump back up but first flip your board over with your right hand. And for Gods sake, make sure you land on the board
Daisy flip
Same as a disco flip but use your left hand
Spidey flip (invented by reno a.k.a. ben)
Start by switching into fakie and doing a FS revert. When your half way round take your back foot off and step forward, whilst grabbing the tail. Take your other foot off and turn your board so your hand should be at the back, instead of the front. Now all you have to do is land on it!

The Ollie
Basicly all you have to do to ollie is hop. Well push down on the tail with one foot and jump before it touches the floor. When your board has popped, Slide your front foot forwards and level it out. Thats all there is to it!
